Happy Birthday

Im a really big fan of this artist's style and colouring, in this one, as always, she did a great work. Though there is few originality in doing a simple portrait, the use of pink shadows and various brush strokes gave a more magical atmosphere, with a more mist-like surroundings.

The lighting in pink gave a new and interesting light to the character, the shading was done beautifully, the use of various colors and mainly the pink pallete was used amazingly. The details in the hair and in the eyes were also stunning. I feel though thar the shirt could have used a more defining shape and shading, but I also understand that this contributed to the mist-like brushes, thus, the athmosphere.
